  Consumer Reports hits the nail on the head. Shaves close compared to any other electric I've tried, though it is a bit louder than the Braun it replaced.

  Easy, fast clean shave. My skin might be a little oily-doesn't seem so to the touch, but the Remington powder stick helps the shaver glide and doesn't seem to gum up the shaver. Sometimes the shaver tends to bite where the skin is not kept taut.

  Not much difference in price anywhere for this razor, but a little cheaper here. While there is no such thing as a close shave with an electric razor, this one does shave somewhat closer than a rotary shaver.
